The painting of the exterior of the house is now done.
Because the weather has been so warm we were limited to working later in the day when the sun had passed round the house.
Painting the 'skirt' around the bottom of the walls is a very slow task that can only really be done with a brush, although we did spray the first couple of coats of primer which was much faster.
The grey top coat, being a more viscous paint, had to be applied by hand.
The final result makes the house look much prettier, it also helps to keep the heat out by reflecting the sunshine.
Very happy with the result of the hard work.
Notice those six little shelves by the windows that we decided to keep? There should be an update on those in the near future.
