On Monday I began the onerous task of applying the tape and jointing compound, The first couple of layers were completed in the day. The next day was the dreaded sanding and then applying the final layer of plaster to finish the job.
Today, after a final quick sanding session, I was able to get on with the painting.
Two coats of primer to begin with.
Before the end of the day, I will have a couple of layers of top coat applied and the ceiling will be done - at last.
