Having taken a brief break for Christmas and the New Year we are now progressing well with the kitchen. We now have new tiles on the floor, all ready for the grouting.
My first attempt at installing floor tiles, not too shabby I think.
The construction in the middle of floor is the water and electricity supply to the kitchen island, which of course has not been installed yet!
Now we are awaiting quotations for new windows and a door to improve the energy rating of the house, but mostly to keep the weather and insects out.
