With Spring rapidly approaching we are starting to see signs of wildlife taking advantage.

The storks are arriving, though not in our garden, and there are other species to note.

The sparrows, pidgeons, and blue-tits are ever present. Blackbirds are also common and this year we have seen at least one thrush feeding on worms and grubs in the grass.

Coming every day to feed on the flowers are black-caps and we have a pair of nuthatch who come to take the seeds from the feeder platform.
