The weather has really picked up in the past few days, lots of sun and a good breeze from the South is making the place feel really pleasant.
Had an enjoyable train ride from Fundão to Lisboa on Friday afternoon to meet Janet from work.
Then a shopping spree for some clothes for Janet (never an easy task) on Friday evening.
Then a long drive almost to Porto on Saturday followed by a session stripping (wallpaper!) at a friend's apartment.
Finally, an even longer drive back to Fundão on Saturday evening.
Might have to go back to Lisboa on Saturday this week to finish the shopping. The railway journey is very interesting with some amazing scenery, but 3½ hours each time might just get a bit boring.
